If you have a valid purchase receipt, you are entitled to free repair services that cover metal plating, gemstone loss, and damaged clasps.
- The repair process usually takes 4 - 10 weeks. We appreciate your patience during this time.
- Due to the unique nature of gemstones, if any are damaged during the repair process, we will make every effort (although we cannot guarantee) to replace them with stones of comparable quality. For gold jewelry, as we use only top-grade gemstones, the likelihood of finding a suitable replacement is lower. If you have any concerns, please contact us before starting the repair process.
- Outside of the warranty-effective conditions, a repair fee at cost will be charged for any necessary repairs. For more information, please contact us.
